The United Nations Secretary-General, Chair of the United Nations Chief Executives Board, hosted a high level side event on addressing climate change as a means for countries to reach their development goals. Ministers and United Nations System leaders had an open exchange to identify countries needs and the role of the United Nations System in response to those needs. Statements from Heads of States and Governments, ministers, heads of delegation, and speakers on behalf of Groups.
