Roundtable participants highlight opportunities and challenges in the dialogue between public and private stakeholders, steps from corporate commitments to local action, and recommendations for the way forward. Discussion also focuses on opportunities to use available climate-finance to leverage larger private investments that can support REDD+ objectives, the key challenges that were encountered in operationalizing private sector engagement in REDD+ programs, and concrete next steps for emerging partnerships.
